The VERISURE Migrating Integrators are used in determining whether the process condition necessary for sterilization were met inside each pack. The migrating integrators monitor time, temperature and steam and provides fast and easy to read results.
Type 5 Migrating Integrator
Type 5 Migrating Integrator is engineered to monitor steam sterilization processes at 121°C, 132°C, and 135°C. It combines a steam and temperature-sensitive chemical pellet with a paper wick in a laminate
- Pellet melts during sterilization process, creating a visible bar that moves along the wick, indicating an ACCEPT or REJECT result.
- Result is based on sterilization conditions, which vary with steam quality, time, and temperature.
Type 5 Migrating Integrator w/ Extender
Type 5 Migrating Integrator w/ Extender is intended to help retrieve the indicator from a surgical tray.
Migrating Integrator Process Challenge Device (PCD)
Type 5 Migrating Integrator PCD simulates a load to be sterilized and poses a challenge to the sterilization process by demonstrating resistance to the ANSI/AAMI ST79 16 towel pack.
