The Test Pack evaluates air removal efficacy during pre-vacuum steam sterilization cycles.
- Includes Bowie-Dick Test Sheets positioned between porous materials, reticulated foam, and an impermeable barrier.
- Each pack contains an Early Warning Sheet with a circular chemical indicator to detect air removal issues preemptively.
VERISURE™ Bowie-Dick Test Card Kit & Refill
The Test Card is designed for testing air removal efficiency during pre-vacuum steam sterilization cycles of 132°C for 4 minutes and 134°C for 3.5 minutes in dynamic-air-removal steam sterilizer.
- Type 2 chemical indicator on card, which changes from purple (unprocessed) to green (processed).
- Designed for dynamic air removal (vacuum-assisted) steam sterilizers.
- Kit includes reusable holder for keeping the test card in place during sterilization.
